Call Ref listens to the call, pulls the commitments, pricing and objections out of your CRM, notes and contracts as they come up, and shows you the source for every one. When something contradicts the record, it hands you the question to ask.
Every card links to the document it came from. No citation, no card.
Nadia K.: We would start with the warehouse team, then widen it from there. Tom R.: And we agreed the launch would be in the new year. Nadia K.: Per-seat pricing is still the part we keep coming back to.

Awaiting approval
Nothing is written until someone approves it. A copilot that edits the record on its own is how the record stops being worth reading.
Where it reads from
Deal values, seat counts, renewal dates and field history from Salesforce or HubSpot, with the last editor and date attached.
What was said on previous calls, quoted with its timestamp rather than paraphrased.
Commitments and figures sent in writing, matched back to the message they came from.
Signed terms, clause by clause, so a card can point at the sentence a customer signed.
Read-only everywhere except the recap, and only after approval.
It will not speak, interrupt, or appear to the customer. It is a panel on your screen and nothing else.
It will not summarise what it cannot cite. Roughly a quarter of what gets said on a call has no supporting record, and it stays silent on all of it.
It will not write to your CRM without a human approving the words.
